Follow our three-step plan to roll out Brightlines to your team. From checklists to frequently asked questions, this kit provides everything you need to get everyone successfully onboarded.
What’s included?
The Brightlines Launch Kit guides you through configuring, preparing, and inviting your team to onboard with their Brightlines subscriptions.
Configure
Determine how many teammates your organization will cover under Brightlines and at what level of service. Review our resources to guide you in selecting the right plan for you.
Prepare
Prepare and send contracts and invoices using the Brightlines portal. You’ll be able to track the status of these approvals in our system.
Invite
Invite your teammates using our ready-made onboarding tools, including email communication templates and comprehensive FAQs designed to set your team up for success.
Configure your coverage.
Determine how many teammates you’ll cover and at what level of service. You can build your coverage by seat – a designated slot in the Brightlines system – for each teammate you want to protect.
In this step, you’ll select the number and type of seats for your organization’s account. Brightlines has two types of seats – 1x and annual. You can add or adjust seats at any time.

Prepare your paperwork.
We know internal approvals can be the slowest part of any rollout. We’ve tried to make this part as simple as possible. From your account, you can:
prepare and send contracts to your organization’s signatory,
generate invoices to Accounts Payable,
download draft service agreements to share internally,
and track the status of all your documents so nothing gets stuck in limbo.

Invite your team.
Now that you have determined how many teammates Brightlines will cover and have completed contracts, you can assign seats for coverage to your team. Additionally, you can send invites using our editor and adjust the language as you see fit.
