Senior Product Manager / Head of Product

REMOTE (US/CANADA) | FULL-TIME | REPORTS TO CEO

Brightlines protects people and organizations from real-world harm caused by online exposure. We combine human-led research with proprietary tooling. Our work matters very much to us.

In this role, you are responsible for managing Brightlines’ product roadmap and ensuring our platform evolves in step with how our analysts work and how our clients use our platform. Your role is to translate operational reality into scalable systems — reducing friction, improving quality, and increasing consistency across the organization.

You accomplish this by deeply understanding two primary user groups: our analysts and clients. You identify patterns in how both groups use the platform, where analyst workflows break down, where clients get confused, and where manual effort slows us down. You turn those insights into prioritized product decisions that balance client needs, operational efficiency, engineering capacity, and company profitability.

You partner closely with our CEO, Chief Client Officer, and outsourced engineering team. Analysts surface operational pain points and institutional knowledge; client teams share recurring questions and feedback; engineering executes against prioritized improvements. Your role is to hold the roadmap, define tradeoffs, and ensure that what gets built meaningfully improves quality, speed, and resilience.

Your success is measured by reduced operational friction, faster client delivery, and fewer repeat support questions. The longer game is stronger feedback loops between users and product, and a roadmap grounded in real usage data, not assumptions. As we grow from a high-touch service into a scalable software-enabled company, you ensure that human expertise becomes durable product capability.

  • Give you multifaceted challenges that require creative thinking to untangle.

  • Give you meaningful foundational work from day one and the opportunity to help build systems that matter, with increasing access to sensitive client data as you ramp up.

  • Offer competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Support flexible, remote work.
